Yeah theres a womens-churchy-place-of-worship you need to break into and the head woman has an utter go at ye for trying to deface their god and since you drunkenly humped a goat and tried to marry it you had to do things for her, then get the goat from the giant, then unpiss off the farmers you really fucked off hte night before, then head back to whiterun for your OTHER wedding.... and ive not got further yet!

The drinking mission is epic, good ending and well worth it.
I think animals etc respawn after 48 in-game hours, not exactly in the same place but the same general area. People though, once they're dead, they're dead

Re: ES V: Skyrim
I have found the best way to enjoy this game.
1. Go to Whiterun (as its basically the central point in the game).
2. Pick a direction (north, south... etc...)
3. Walk.
I did this at 1130am this morning, and have just switched off my Xbox at 510pm due to so much epic stuff found, discovered, killed and destroyed.
So much fun.

Re: ES V: Skyrim
That's what I've been doing the last few times I've played. Just starting at a city, forgetting the map, looking for a pretty direction and heading off towards it. Seeing as I have completed most of the major storylines, this is a great way to spend some time in the game.
Gotta find me some more Daedric artifacts though, I want them all! The Jabbawock is amazing, though it can have some pretty unpleasant outcomes...turning that stag you are chasing into a Frost Troll isn't fun.

One of the daedric artifacts is a staff that can pretty much do anything when you use it...like it can turn a troll into a bunny, a bunny into a troll, shoot fire, heal the enemy...it's pretty funny.

Re: ES V: Skyrim
Must get better the more you use it or the more dragons to gut.
Have to say, when you level up the game gets harder - I love how in games it does that - like everythings the same level as you - but fuck when there is 20-25 bandits and the odd giant on your ass at the same time its beyond hard!

Re: ES V: Skyrim
Strangely I havent noticed the enemy AI levelling up as I do, I've found it much easier as I've gone on. With the FUS RO DAH I guess it's just a case of levelling up as high as we can to get a good shout...

Trust me, where I am right now, its either bait one at a time out on their own to take them out, or yer fecked. Definite increase in skill.

My FUS RO DAH is basically what it's like in that video. You need to have all 3 stages of the shout plus a lot of dragon souls.

Re: ES V: Skyrim
Makes sense, not found any more writting on any walls and only killed three dragons, although seen a lot more. Saw Giants pick a fight with one yesterday, but then it fecked off and flew over the Mountain.

Re: ES V: Skyrim
Yea, I haven't really even used it that much. The quest I think starts with having to steal something from the one of the wings in the house near the capital.
Something about Pelagius or a name like that; I honestly can't remember where exactly I picked it up.

It's a completely different take on it, but I love the guitar arrangements in it, very well done - especially as an instrumental, where every other cover is just an acoustic version. Malukah's (or whatever) version won't be beat, but on a technical basis THIS PWNS ALL
FUS RO DAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Anyone come across dragons flying backwards in the game?

Re: ES V: Skyrim
Technical doesnt necessarily mean good - just listen to Dream Theatres last album
Got two flying dragons going backwards, one at Riverwood and another at Ivarstead, walked in and out of a house and they returned to normal, ready to kick my ass. I like selling their remains after I gut them!

Re: ES V: Skyrim
Anyone done the Mzluft quest yet? Took me about 2 bloody hours! Plus on the way bumped into 3 giants, 4 mammoths and a dragon.
I love this game.

I think I will enjoy it a lot more whenever I get my 32" Tv back and don't have to play it on a tiny screen.

Re: ES V: Skyrim
Never heard of it.
I have however been shouted at by guards of EVERYWHERE for doing too many shouts. Also did a shout at an Elk outside Riverwood and the townspeople went apeshit...but instead of killing me...they killed the elk!

Re: ES V: Skyrim
Actually spelt Mzulft. It's a Dwerven ruin, filled with loads of robots, Falmer and such. It's on the College of Winterhold quest line.
